Warm Up (5-minutes)

Butt kicks: For 1 Minute

Bodyweight squats (2 minutes)

Workout (20 minutes) 

Perform each Of the exercises for 45 seconds, Taking in 15 seconds of rest. Complete the circuit 4 times with a 1-minute rest between circuits.
