Starting your Day after doing exercise is one of the best routine for your overall fitness. Hear are 5 morning exercise that will target your different muscles groups

Jumping jacks

Jumping jacks begin standing, then jump out with legs and arms wide,  returning to start. They boost heart rate, engage muscles, and are ideal  for warm-ups or quick bursts of energy. 

PLANK

Start face down, lift onto elbows and toes, keeping body straight. Engage core and hold. Great for core strength and stability. 

Push Ups

Start in plank position, hands shoulder-width apart. Lower body, keeping  elbows close, then push back up. Builds upper body strength and core  stability. 

High knees

Start in plank position, hands shoulder-width apart. Lower body, keeping  elbows close, then push back up. Builds upper body strength and core  stability. 

BODYWEIGHT SQUATS

 Stand shoulder-width apart, arms at sides or extended  for balance. Lower by bending knees and pushing hips back, keeping  chest up. Return by pushing through heels. .
